Shoes, Clothing, Handbags, or Jewelry Returns
Return any unused and unworn shoes, clothing, handbags within 15 days of the date received for a refund.
Soleful Styles offers a 15 days return policy (from the date of receipt) for store credit only. We do not offer free returns at this time and customers are responsible for all return shipping cost. For proper processing your return package, please make sure to have your Return Authorization Number (RMA number) visible on the outside of the shipping package (see below for return procedures).All products listed on this website are brand new and free from damage and defect. We are an authorized dealer for every brand on our site so you know that anything you purchase is authentic.
If there any damages or defects with your items when you receive them, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. If you fail to contact us within 48 hours, we may not be able to provide a replacement. Please note that we can only replace damaged items with the same size and color. We will reserve the right to request for pictures , in situations where applicable, to verify any claimed damages/ manufacturer defective items or wrong items sent.
Please be sure to try on your shoes as soon as they arrive on a carpeted surface to prevent scuffing of the soles. If the soles are scuffed, they are considered worn and not returnable.
Make sure that you wear a stocking when you try them on to prevent toe marks and scuffing inside the shoes. If you scuff the soles or soil the shoes while trying on your shoes, they are considered worn and not returnable.
All custom made or dyed shoes are considered final sale and non refundable.
Returns Accepted within 15 Days of receipt:
- Secure your merchandise in the original packaging including the original shoe box and all packaging material. Please Do Not use the shoe box as the shipping container.
- Do not send back to us with signature required or cod. This will result in your package being returned to you by the USPS or UPS.
- Enclose a copy of your original purchase order or receipt. If none was provided, please print your order confirmation that you received in your email. If you ordered through amazon, or Soleful Styles, please print out the email confirmation they sent to you and include in the shipping box. Please do not tape anything to the shoe box.
- We do not offer return shipping labels at this time. You are responsible for shipping your items back to us.
- Any item that is dyed or worn will not be refunded and is considered a final sale.
- Any upgraded shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Most returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you order a replacement, we will not charge a restocking fee.
- Clearance Items are not returnable.
- Items must be returned with the original packaging and in original condition. Any items return to us without the original packaging and/or in bad condition, will be refused and returned to sender. We do not accept back items in worn or used conditions. Any indications on the product which shows signs of usage (ie: perfume smell, deodorant marks, dirtied soles) will be refused and sent back to sender. No exceptions will be made.
- If you need to exchange shoes, please place a new order and send back your original pair. Your original order will be refunded according to our refund policy.
- The original pair must first be returned and inspected for defect before a refund will be processed.

Soleful Styles is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of return shipments being undeliverable. Please double check the address and the contents to make sure they are unscuffed and correctly packaged and addressed. Shipping/handling charges are not refundable. All refunds will be applied to the originating credit card. We are not responsible for return shipping costs if the package is returned to our facility due to multiple failed delivery attempts by the shipping carrier or if customer refused to accept the package. Store credit of the returned items will be issued and we will reserve the right to deduct any related return fee imposed by the shipping carrier.
Any refused shipments or shipments returned because UPS was unable to deliver will be charged the original cost of shipping and any return shipping fees charged by the shipping company.

Before returning the package back to us for any reason, please request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing your request to email@example.com. In the email please include 1/ order number 2/ items requesting to be returned and 3/ reason for return. When you have received your RMA number, please write the number visibly on the outside of the shipping package. Our return address is 25150 Canal Rd Suite E, Orange Beach, AL 36561.
All return items will be inspected accordingly upon receipt. Any items that does not meet our return requirements may be refused and return back to the sender. We will reserve the right to impose a restock fee of 15% through 25% in certain situations where applicable. Our return department will have sole discretion and have final decisions on returns.
We are unable to provide free returns or exchanges on international orders and therefore are unable to provide a pre-paid return label. We are unable to refund import duties associated with your order. Please Note: You are responsible for all charges associated with the return of your item(s).
